Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Up to 5 days prior to the date of reservation no fee will be charged
• Within 5 days prior to the reserved date a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged.
• Within 24 hours prior to the reserved date/time a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
• Within 4 hours prior to the reserved date/time a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.

We provide a guiding service by a licensed guide. Please make your request when booking online.

As things are changing at the Eleftherios Venizelos Airport, there are two options for pick up at the moment. Either your driver will be waiting for you outside your arrival gate holding a sign with our company name and your name on it. Once picked up he/she will take you to the allocated taxi parking lot. Or, your driver will contact you on WhatsApp with the phone number you have provided to let you know which exit and lane he/she will be picking you up from.

If possible, please telephone us, send us an SMS or email us. However, we do monitor incoming flights on the airport website. In rare circumstances customers may experience a short waiting time for prior booked collections. Note our drivers will wait for 1hour after the programmed landing of your flight. After this time period, our driver will make an announcement, if there is no response he/she will then leave. If contact is made and the driver is waiting for you over the 1 hr time limit, then you will be charged an hourly fee*.

If possible please contact us ASAP. We routinely monitor incoming flights via the airport website. We will make every effort to pick you up as normal, however this will depend on prior bookings.

There are 4 types of suitcases (length x width x depth) in cm [and in] :

• Small suitcase (or Cabin size or Hand luggage) : 55 x 40 x 20 [in: 22 x 16 x 8] (~ 40 lt.)
• Medium suitcase (or Normal size) : 65 x 50 x 25 [in: 25 x 20 x 10] (~ 75 lt.)
• Large suitcase (or Big size) : 75 x 50 x 30 [in: 30 x 20 x 12] (~ 120 lt.)
• Extra Large suitcase (or Very big size) : 80 x 55 x 35 [in: 31 x 22 x 14] (~ 150 lt.)

Baby and child car seats are available upon request when you book online at an extra cost. (Most of our Mercedes taxis have their own booster seats)
